    Get Pre-Approved

    Before you start looking for a home, you will need to see how much you are pre-approved for and set goals for where you need to be when your dream home becomes available. After this is done you will receive a pre-approval letter that you can take to a realtor to start looking at homes. It's easy.

    Find A Realtor

    Pick a realtor you feel comfortable with based on their explanation of the process, knowledge, experience in the industry. Review what others have said about their services.

    Start Looking for Homes

    Preview neighborhoods, styles, surrounding amenities. Set appointments to see homes that meet your criteria and set second showings on homes of interest.

    Make Your Offer on Home

    Have the agent write an official offer. Your agent and the seller’s agent will communicate back and forth (usually over 24 - 48 hours ). If offer is rejected, start over.

    Get Your Offer Accepted

    YES! Your offer was accepted. But you're not done yet. Now we will gather all of the remaining documentation we need to get your loan closed. My team and I will be there for you every step of the way to make sure this process goes smoothly.

    Initial Underwriting

    Your loan will be submitting for initial underwriting approval. We’ll look at locking in your interest rate now that you are under contract. Appraisal will be ordered & we’ll work with escrow to obtain the title work, and homeowners insurance are ordered.

    Get 'Cleared to Close'

    You are asked to gather remaining items that were possibly postponed during initial loan approval. Closing dates are confirmed with the attorney’s/title office. The loan is officially cleared at this stage.

    It's Moving Day

    Congratulations! You have now successfully purchased your home and the keys are in your hands. The home buying process isn't always easy, but taking that first step and getting prequalified has paid off. Enjoy your new home and all of the memories you are going to make there.
